The Islamabad Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) Centre Islamabad

The Islamabad ADR Centre has been established to provide inexpensive and expeditious dispute resolution mechanism on institutional basis. It has been established keeping in view the provision of Alternate Dispute Resolution Act, 2017 and Arbitration Act, 1940. All civil disputes and compoundable criminal cases are subject matter of Alternate Dispute Resolution Act, 2017. At present, law as well as policy of the Government encourages Alternate Dispute Resolution System in order to minimize the burden of litigation on the Courts of Law and as well as facilitate the litigants. We are providing Institutionalized ADR Services including Arbitration, Mediation, Reconciliation and Negotiation etc. to facilitate the parties to dispute to reach amicable and effective settlement within shortest possible span of time.
